Topic that I would most like to research

The topic I would like to research is going to be "Should Individuals Be Drug Tested Before Being Approved for Food Stamps?". The reason I chose this topic is because it is a tough argument. I have already talked to individuals about this topic and I have had great feed back. There a strong views on both sides of the topic which appeals to me. I believe I have statistics and plenty of articles I can read to complete a good paper.
